East Texas rock band Blacktop Mojo has released their new single, "10 Year Itch," the follow-up to "S.A.D." and the latest preview of their upcoming album, Discount Fireworks, arriving this October.
Driven by crushing riffs, soaring melodies, and the band's unmistakable blend of hard rock, grunge, and Southern grit, "10 Year Itch" reflects the confidence of a band that has spent more than a decade forging its own path. "We've spent the last (almost) 15 years building this one step at a time, and we're still as hungry as ever," says Matt James, the band’s frontman. "'10 Year Itch' is a reflection on the burnout one can feel after keeping your nose to the grindstone for so long, but things that are worth it, are often hard to achieve. We have no plans to stop anytime soon. "
